Robert C. Dunkless

Robert C. Dunkless (dunkless@odllp.com) has a wide range of experience addressing the legal needs of emerging and established businesses and their owners. He concentrates his business law practice in the areas of business organization, equity and debt financing transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, business contracts and agreements between business owners. His real estate practice includes acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate and commercial leasing transactions. He serves as corporate counsel to many clients, advising management on a regular basis on a variety of issues. He provides services to individuals in estate planning and estate administration matters. His clients include businesses engaged in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, electronics, restaurants, contracting, product distribution, real estate development and marketing, fuel oil distribution, and hospitality services. Mr. Dunkless graduated from Boston University in 1977 (BS, cum laude) and from Suffolk University Law School in 1980 (JD, cum laude). He also received a Masters in the Law of Taxation from Boston University Law School. He was admitted to the bar in Massachusetts in 1980.
